2001 graduate, Meneko Spigner McBeth has landed a place in the finals for Frito Lay’s Do Us A Flavor Contest. Every now and then, while watching movies with her husband and three daughters, she likes to treat herself to her favorite meal, sushi. Her love for sushi stems from the fond memories she has of eating her grandmother’s homemade sushi growing up. Meneko’s love of sushi mixed with her affinity for spicy flavors, inspired her to create the snack of her dreams-a wasabi ginger flavored potato chip!
